Terms of Service

Effective: April 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using sdattorneyfinder.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not Legal Advice

SDAttorneyFinder is a directory service — not a law firm. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or is a substitute for consultation with a licensed San Diego attorney. All legal information is for general informational purposes only.

3. Attorney Listings

Attorney listings are provided for informational purposes. SDAttorneyFinder verifies Arizona State Bar membership status at the time of listing but does not continuously monitor bar status. Listing on this Site does not constitute an endorsement of any attorney's services, competency, or fitness to practice. Users should independently verify attorney credentials before retaining legal counsel.

SDAttorneyFinder is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any legal services provided by listed attorneys.

4. Attorney Responsibilities

Attorneys who list on SDAttorneyFinder agree to:

SDAttorneyFinder reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or Arizona Bar rules.

5. Payment Terms (Attorney Listings)

Attorney listings are billed monthly at the current listed rate. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. SDAttorneyFinder reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to listed attorneys.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, HTML, schema markup, Cal. compilations, and neighborhood data — is the intellectual property of SDAttorneyFinder unless otherwise noted. Scraping, copying, or reproducing content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SDAttorneyFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, SDAttorneyFinder disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on its content, including information about listed attorneys.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, Arizona.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
